Rapidly growing Mediapark HR team looks for Junior Recruiter (or intern), who is willing to gain experience in sourcing and talent acquisition. We promise to share our best practice and help you to take first steps in HR field.
What you will be doing:
- Get familiar with IT technologies and job vacancies;
- Develop and execute recruiting plans;
- Create and post job adds;
- Source and active candidate acquisition;
- Screen and organise job interviews;
- Preparing of technical tests and tasks;
- Employer branding;
- Collaborating with programmers, project managers, external partners;
- Developing competence for programmers who are doing technical interviews;
- Constant recruitment process improvement.
