• Get familiar with IT technologies and job vacancies;
• Develop and execute recruiting plans;
• Create and post job adds;
• Source and active candidate acquisition;
• Screen and organise job interviews;
• Preparing of technical tests and tasks;
• Employer branding;
• Collaborating with programmers, project managers, external partners;
• Developing competence for programmers who are doing technical interviews;
• Constant recruitment process improvement.
